It's not very light which isn't a big deal to me but it doesn't look quite like the photo - the fabric around the neck isn't as long and big as it is looks like photos (which was part of the shopping; I have a gold one and I wanted it to cover his mane); Also, the area covering the abdomen was smaller. And the damn thing still doesn't fit: XXL says it fits: 24-28 inches around the neck - my dog is 21 inches around the neck and I could barely fit it around his neck (and that's with his summer haircut); Length 26 inches - my dog is 26 inches long and the fur was a few inches from his tail (I didn't try on the jacket while he was wearing it to check its length - I should have); 32 -36 inches for chest, my dogs chest 35 inches; it fits the chest, but again barely (with a summer haircut).
