I bought this towel for backpacking and overall its a good towel. It certainly doesn't have the feel of a cotton towel, but if you pat your body (rather than rubbing), it seems to absorb better. I'd then hang it out overnight and it would be dry in the morning. It was nice to have the small one with it which I used as a face towel. One complaint is that the colors do bleed at first, so be very careful the first few washes.
- The microfiber material is hypoallergenic, making it perfect for those with allergies or sensitive skin
- The towels are not very thick, making them unsuitable for use as protection from the sun or wind
