First, don't stick them above the window to fall down in front of it -- stick it to the strip just above the window and let it cover the window. I've done this with every paper blind I've ever bought, and they have never fallen. It might be because the surface is not wood, like it would be if I hung it the way they recommend. Buy the big binder clips to attach to them -- the white plastic clip is light duty at best, and the medium binder clips do not open widely enough. The blinds are supposed to be 72" long -- that's stretched straight out. It you need them to be that long, attach three heavy duty binder clips at the end and the weight will pull the blind down. These are not complete blackout blinds, but they are great for afternoon naps when my grandson visits. I have curtains over them and if I pull them shut, it's pitch black. For the money, these are GREAT!
