I think the product works as described as it keeps my other filter clean. Problem is I wanted to use it on my 4 gallon shop vac. The product is almost 3 times larger than the filter so I had to use a rubber band to install it. It wasn't possible to tuck it under the filter as shown in the video as the perimeter is too large and the filter spacing too small to fit everything so it tended to only stick well about three quarters. Also, it takes up about a half gallon of vacuum space and touches the bottom collection bucket, which is a bummer because that's where it picks up more dust than usual. I would give the product 5 stars if it came in 2 or 3 different sizes. It seems to work well with my big vacuum, but is almost twice as long as it takes to fit over the filter, so it's pretty close to the ground, if not touching.
