I got this bracelet because I'm not allowed to wear a wrist tracker at work, but I go there often and love tracking my heart rate etc. It was easy to put my device and I on so it's easy to transition from shoulder to wrist. It only takes about 30 seconds to transition from shoulder to wrist, and even less from wrist to shoulder. The black adjustable nozzle began to chip paint. I also had to use the extra strap holder from my old strap on this one to make it work as a bracelet. Otherwise I like it very much and fulfills everything I wanted!
