I liked that they were able to provide me with what i needed without going over my budget! They are very knowledgeable in their field so there is no guessing as far as compatibility or reliability of products you're looking at purchasing!! Nothing really stands out but it was great working w/ them overall. Customer service can always be improved upon; however we never had an issue while dealing directly through our sales rep - he's just awesome. ! If anyone needs help getting started please don't hesitate contact us right away because once someone sees how easy this process makes things go smoothly then everyone will want one too. !! We have been using copper harbor technologies since 2010 & haven't looked back ever!
