Containers are fine ; bands are not great
The containers themselves are fine, There is nothing special to them. They are just to help guide you on your portion control for the 21 fix program. I've only used them in the home so I can't speak to how leak proof they are. My main reason for the 3 stars is the resistance bands aren't great. This my first time using resistance bands, but this roll very easily. I could deal with the rolling, but my real issue is they stick to each other once they roll and it's tedious to "unstick" them which causes you to have to stop your workout. I'm going to try purchasing different bands and see this is just typical of latex bands or if it's the quality of these.
