Review on 🛏️ Enhanced Comfort and Serenity with Munchkin Lulla-Vibe Vibrating Mattress Pad by Heather Collins

When I received this product, it worked from the first time I turned it on. It was loud but it was perfect because my daughter loves things that are loud and I was really excited because she always likes to move or have things that vibrate. The next time I turned it on, it made a high-pitched squeak and didn't vibrate. I turned it on and off multiple times and it always did the same thing. I sent it back to the company for a refund and they charged me a 20% restocking fee because they couldn't resell it because it had "stains and animal products". It hadn't been in the packaging long enough to have stains and the animal product they were talking about was 5 dog hairs. It was still broken when I returned it so I sent it back but they said it was fine when they received it. NO IT WAS NOT. This leads me to believe that they resell their broken products as I have seen many reviews saying they receive broken items or break them soon after. Now I'm out of money because this company sent me a broken product and said it was my fault because of imaginary stains. Do not buy this product, the customer service is terrible and the product is rubbish.
