I am very satisfied with the Lixada 10W solar panel. On a bright, clear day at 78F/25.5C it put out 429mA according to my Android phone. That's about twice the displayed power of the powered USB hub I use at work or which my laptop powers directly. The panel easily outperforms small "cube" type wall chargers at the reported charge rate. I was just looking for a small emergency charging pad and it should fit. Build quality is good, nothing special. The panel itself feels like a card made from protective, structural, somewhat flexible, transparent polystyrene with metal grommets and a cut-out handle. Two black squares (solar cells) are printed on a thin layer of white plastic under a transparent layer. On the back is a small (25mm x 35mm x 10mm high) vacuum bladder that houses voltage regulation circuitry and a USB connector. If I update at some point, it's only because the output has dropped significantly (expected at some point with printed cells) or there's some other problem.
