They don't have instructions - they struggle to figure out how to use them properly.
NO TRAVEL. This makes it very difficult for a beginner like me to figure out how to use them. I gave them three stars because they are thick and appear to be of good quality. I love the thick material and how durable they feel. However, I can't figure out how to compress them. I've tried various things and can't get them to work.
