Sorry I didn't express myself properly. I can tell you what we did. At first we didn't succeed either. It was then revealed that the dial at the top would move the two clips attached to the vent, these could be moved in or out. The customization is enough to make it useful. Anyway, I'm not done fumbling with it yet. But I've definitely noticed that the machine stays colder than usual. It still doesn't find my exhaust port perfectly. Like I said, I didn't get a chance to mess with it anymore. But for now I'm keeping it. Hope someone can use this. Or did everyone already know and just didn't publish this part?
