My wife bought this for her grandchildren and I was instructed to assemble it. Piece of the pie, right? What I mean is that the parts just snap together, no tools needed. Not correct. We may only have one lemon, but it's just molded plastic, not mechanical, and the pieces MUST fit together. You assemble it upside down with the two blue side supports "attached" at the top. They fit into small slots and then lift the black clip that should snap into place. Good luck with this step. The black clip was missing a good 1/4 inch to fit the slot and I had the same problem on the other side. I tried to push it in but didn't want to push it hard - it's just plastic. Finally, I threaded some parachute line under the strut and pulled (I mean, really hard) on it, pushing in the blue side brace. Eventually it snapped into place and I used the same method on the other side. Seriously, the Little Tike plastic picnic table isn't all that difficult to put together. Hope the grandkids like it!
