Vegetables and fruits from ceramics do not oxidize. Cons: Knives of medium sharpening. The quality of the canvas is average. The vegetable peeler is not intended for peeling vegetables, since the gap is very small and the carrots will be peeled for 1-2 minutes. You can't peel potatoes at all!
