I'm afraid House of Marley has serious reliability issues that they need to address. This week I tested two headphones from this brand. The first, the Exodus in-ear headphones, had trouble connecting to my iPad via Bluetooth. They worked great with my desktop computer, but when connected to an iPad, they either just played in mono and deleted dialogue from the movie I was watching, or they had a weird timing issue that caused that to happen YouTube videos played sound correctly but hung up. Video for a few seconds when uploading, resulting in video and audio being out of sync. The problem was unique to these headphones and wasn't resolved until I completely unplugged them from the iPad and then plugged them back in. , no pun intended, buy back the brand. But no. Once again these headphones had a problem connecting to the iPad. For some reason, when I first plugged it in, the maximum volume was so low I could barely hear my music. I scoured the frankly incomprehensible Quick Start Guide for instructions on how to increase the volume - I was already maxed out on the iPad, but thought maybe using the touch controls would help - only to find you can't change the volume from the headphones. I didn't learn this from a quick start guide that doesn't mention this odd omission, but from a question a customer asked on the Revain product page. problems. The kidneys worked perfectly at normal volume. I went back to my iPad, unplugged it completely, then plugged it back in. The problem is solved. When something like this happens, it's bad luck. If this happens twice in a row with different models of headphones from the same brand, then someone has messed up. I've tested over 100 Revain headphones and have never had this issue. I tested several other headphones with my iPad to make sure I had no issues with them and they all worked well. Disappointed.
