I like that it's easy to use; has all of my business needs covered in one solution; very efficient with reporting capabilities for daily operations/maintenance management issues as well as long-term planning. It would be great if you could have some more user friendly features such as adding new service providers or customers without having you create them from scratch every time by hand instead of importing CSV files each month! Have been using this app since 2009 when we started our maintenance program for heavy equipment used at construction sites around Florida. They came out early with many useful tools including scheduling, customer information, work orders, reports, invoices, inventory, purchase requisitions, safety inspections. We've grown over the years to make sure they continue providing these services while keeping everything up-to date and in compliance with OSHA regulations. I like that it's so easy to use and get the job done quickly. We're able to track our business very well with this program. It takes some time to learn how to use but once you do it's not hard to figure out. If you don't have an IT department that knows how to set up your computer or if you don't know how computers work you may need help setting it up. It makes it easier for us to keep track of where we are in the process.
