I liked that the price is acceptable compared to the factory replacement. Installing it in my suburb in 2007 is a hassle because so much trim has to be removed to get to it. It almost has Worked well for 5 months, then suddenly the back door stopped closing.Of course, this happened at the most inopportune moment (leaving the door for a long trip.) Had to remove the latch, disassemble the block and crap with it.I believe that the internal Gears were slipping (obviously they should be properly aligned). After 90 minutes I was able to re-latch them but the tailgate wouldn't re-open (better than not latching at all) ended up ordering a factory replacement for $225.
