I usually don't like tops with built in bras because they don't give much support or give the impression that you have a breast. BUT! This top is very comfortable, supportive and flattering. I usually go small, but I ordered a medium because the size chart recommended a large based on my bra size (34DD). If you want a smaller neckline, order one size up or follow the size chart. I'm glad I ordered one size up from my usual size because the waist is a little loose but the chest is tight, that's how I like it. For sizing reference, my waist is 26.5 inches, my chest is 34DD, and I usually wear a size S or a size 2 or 4. Highly recommend for yoga or casual wear!
