Hard plastic discs with adhesive on the underside, work as advertised, worth the price. The suction cup on the phone mount sticks to the windshield as well as anything else, comes loose from time to time, but all suction cup mounts do this for me as I live in a very hot climate and the sun tends to push through the windshield Suction cups eventually came loose but re-attached. I actually used the glue on the back of this disc to stick it to the velcro and attached the appropriate velcro to the dash so I could reposition it a bit until I had it exactly where I wanted it. Delivered quickly, no problems on the part of the seller.
