The charger worked fine for 6 months and then just died. It technically has a 12-month warranty, but I have to send them a charger (UPS charges $16 for this!) before they can send a replacement. And until then I'll have to wait with a dead laptop. It doesn't make any sense to me. By the way, another small annoyance is that the output end in the laptop is weak. Continues to spin freely and feels insecurely connected. Edit: After some back and forth, Superer agreed to ship a replacement charger without having to ship my non-working charger to them. Upgrade to 3 stars.
