It's really frustrating when you run a print job and these cartridges decide NOT to be recognized by your printer! The black cartridges didn't work at first so I placed another order just for the black ones and they worked (so far). Now the yellow one needs to be replaced and I have tried 4 different cartridges and none of them are recognized by the printer. I followed the seller's instructions not to update the firmware and it did absolutely nothing. So I'm sitting there with 4 yellow, 4 cyan and 4 magenta cartridges and can't print anything. What a waste of time and money!
