I would say that there are no problems with the quality of the goods. Most likely a product that offers something that is technically impossible. I wanted to get information from an old external hard drive with a FireWire port. The hard drive has its own power supply. I bought it to connect the drive to my desktop Mac's USB port. I get a message that the drive is consuming too much power and the USB port is temporarily disabled. It is possible that this item has a different function but my purpose seems to be one of the main functions it is purchased for and it does not work.
