I measured before I purchased just like they said. My dog was neither the medium or large he was right in between. So I did go up a size. like you would when they don’t have your shoe size. and went with the large. I adjusted the straps. Really take the time to look at how it works before putting it on so the dog is not like what are you doing. Anyways I adjusted the straps to what I though would work and took it slow. He was fine but like why?! And then he took it off. with his paws. So I adjusted it again and he left it alone this time. I distracted him with an ear rub and told him he was good and took it off after 5 minutes just so he would start to get use to it. We will keep practicing.
