Not sure why this is rated lower because people's parrots are not interesting. You either have to tame it or it's just your parrot's preference. My sweet little cockatiel Cooper has a slightly overgrown beak and loves him. He didn't use it until I took it out and turned it to the side as shown in the photos. I do this every morning and he likes it a lot, his beak is a bit better now too. It's been about a week
