Fabric was rough.: my feedback
Dress arrived stuffed in a plastic bag and completely wrinkled. The fabric is stiff cotton and I would have had to take it to the cleaners to get the wrinkles pressed out. I sent it back even though the fit was fine.
- The cap sleeves add a touch of femininity
- The dress may not be suitable for women with wide hips
