This reader is not very accurate. Maybe because I use my index finger. It's also not very well built. I have it on the side of my keyboard (my keyboard has a side USB) and every time I touch it it "disconnects" from the PC. then reconnect. I have to press it lightly. Also, it's not built into Windows. It has its own fingerprint program. Because of its inaccuracy, I wanted to add an extra finger and give more readings. Spring. this reader knows that this finger has already been used. So it wouldn't require an additional sample, so I couldn't even improve on the accuracy even if I could. I would try other things if you didn't buy it.
