Purchased for extra lighting of kitchen cabinets (top and bottom). I'm really impressed with these little washers! Advantages: small, easy to install. Nice, warm light (not the usual blue/grey/ultra white light you usually imagine with LEDs. Comes with a remote control that allows you to control the lights (dim, pattern, timer) and you can also use the included Ability to control switches./Dimmer.Cons: This could be a plus, but for me the cables are longer than I need so I had to use a small (included) dohookie to secure them. It would be nice if you could replace the two Could link sets together or just buy extra bulbs/cables/plugs if needed. Another (minor) downside is that they are warm to the touch (NOT HOT), but with LEDs I didn't expect them to get warm at all. They you can leave your finger on them while they are on, so they must not get hot enough to damage surfaces or create a fire hazard.
