Both are great except this one has a wobbly handle
I've bought two such Bags (different colors). Both are good, only the handle wobbles. The other pocket smoothly extends and retracts without hesitation. I don't think I can do anything about it as it's an internal issue. I can't afford to replace it and my kid doesn't want me to return it because we got it just before school started. There was some disappointment, but maybe it was just a lemon. Because I gave the other full 5 stars.
