This is the perfect dress! The moment my little girl put it on, she started fidgeting in it. This is the perfect stuff! The top is reminiscent of a dance leotard and even has a white leotard-like lining. Long sleeves and a high flared waist look so feminine and charming on her. It's definitely great quality. As for sizing, my daughter is almost 5 years old. She wears 4T pants and 5T tops from most children's clothing stores. I bought her a size 5 in this dress and it fits great and there is some room to grow. I will order this dress in any color because we both love it!
