I received it yesterday, today I used it for the first time. The pillow itself is great. Thick, great fit. (The sleeve my ironing board came with was literally unusable, hence the purchase.) However, the silicone sleeve is a bit small for my ironing board and barely fits. It really doesn't look like the picture. Then when I started ironing, the smell (like something was burning) was so strong. I took the lid off and saw that the lining had turned brown in the area I was working on. The underside of the lid is also yellowed. Shouldn't this silicone case have a non-stick coating?!?! I went back to the cheap case that came with my board, put it on the back and everything was fine, so the silicone case was the problem. send it back
