It would be better if the bottom was flat
This is a cute tunnel toy, but it is very unstable for cats because the whole toy is curved and wobbling. If the bottom of the toy was flat, it would be stable and cats could sit on top or take a nap and kick the toy inside. I think my boys would play with him a lot more if that was the case.
