Pair 2 arrived with one side of the RIGHT upper sewn askew which kept the front horizontal cord diagonal no matter how tight you made it. The white padding was also visible on this boot, and the quilted base of the tongue was completely different from the other boot. With 2 RIGHT boots damaged I ordered a 3rd pair which again arrived with a RIGHT defect. This time the black nylon was not sewn onto the front of the boot, allowing the white fill to come out again. And there were two very noticeable dimples on the rubber. I AM VERY ANGRY that I had to spend so much time on 3 pairs of defective shoes.
