Just want to warn potential buyers of the earhook issue as other reviewers have done. To be honest, I have no idea what they were thinking when designing the earhook - maybe they tested it on dogs or mice because it's definitely not made for the human ear. I've been using Jabra headsets for about 10 years now and sometimes talk 3-4 hours a day. I can't wear this for more than 30 minutes. It really hurts Avoid this product if you are using an earhook. The consumer having to heat up and remake the earhook is NOT Jabra's solution.
