I have a 31 inch waist and it fits snug. The top strap stays put but the bottom strap rises up. I’m not sure if this is because my hips are really wide or not🥴 I get a great sweat when wearing it and it doesn’t irritate my skin. I wear it under my hoodie with no shirt. Great product for price
