Difficult to find the right fit

I'm 5.3 inches tall, waist about 25-26 inches, hips about 33-35 inches, 105-111 lbs. The little ones looked too baggy on me while the waist was perfect. However the xsmall looked just right but the waist was too uncomfortably tight :(. I just couldn't find the right fit. I would advise the manufacturer to make the xsmall waist bigger/more flexible. The elastic was too tight on me , but maybe I'm just an odd size.
