While I'm not a teenager anymore, I couldn't resist trying the North Face Thermoball ECO Full Zip RTO Lightweight Jacket (let's call it the Thermoball for short) in Cloud Blue. First of all, the color is beautiful and the jacket lives up to its "lightweight" claim - it's perfect for transitional weather. However, I was a bit disappointed that the thermal ball didn't keep me as warm as I had hoped. Maybe it's because I'm not between the ages of 6 and 18, but I was expecting a little more isolation. The fit was also a little tight so I'd suggest appreciating if you're on the limit. Overall, I would say that the thermal ball is a great option for young adventurers who want to feel comfortable while exploring the great outdoors. Just don't expect to be cozy during a snowstorm!
