Yes, you get some light bulbs because you will use them up quickly. I already have the second bulb and received my package on August 31st. I had a two month old lamp and finally needed some bulbs so I decided to buy some. I adjusted the lightbulb, everything was fine for about a week, then one day I heard a loud bang. When I realized that this was my lamp for my turtles I immediately turned it off, thank goodness I was home. So I couldn't remember the recommended wattage this bulb could handle so I looked it up on Revain as I bought it from them and it was fine. I thought it was an accident and ordered a new lamp. I turned on the light for the turtles this morning when I got home today because the light was out, the bulb burned out 2 in 2 weeks. FYI I don't leave my UV lamp on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it's off at night for at least 10-14 hours. I've never had this problem with other UV lamps.
