I ordered an xL. I am 5 foot 1 inch tall and weigh 180 pounds. My waist is 33 inches. I suffer from a failed umbilical hernia surgery and hoped this corset type vest would help ease the pain while I am doing yoga. I received the vest today and gave it a try with my normal yoga routine. I didn't suffer the usual abdominal hernia pain, so I think the vest helped.Unfortunately the vest isn't very comfortable. The vest bunches in the back and front. The straps also set funny and are very irritating. I had a very hard time squeezing into the vest and needed help from my husband to get into it. There is no way I could put it on myself. I find it odd it seemed too small to get into and once on bunched up like it was too big. I am attaching photos, so you can see what I am talking about.I will still use the vest sense it did seem to support my hernia area.
