I like that they're always willing to work with me to get things right. They go above and beyond what's expected to make sure that my site is running smoothly. They offer plenty of tutorials to help you along your way. They also have many different products for your business or organization. I've never had an issue with 101domains so far. The only downside is that it doesn't look like they have a lot of clients in my city. I would recommend 101 domains. You'll find that they do everything they can to keep you happy! We use them for all of our website/s for our non profit organization and I would even say the support is top notch. I have used this service for my business site since 1999 when it was named "www".com! Easy website purchase process (as compared w/ other registrars), fast transfer times between domains & hosting providers once purchased - no waiting days or weeks like some competitors offer!! Great customer support too. Support tickets get answered within 24 hours unlike others where you wait DAYS sometimes before getting an answer back after calling multiple numbers over several months time period. !
