I bought this black bag for my sister and the gray one for me. She has two young children and needs a slightly larger bag than usual and she just loves it for everyday use. We both like big bags as we can put our (big) hands all the way in! and it's great to have 2 decent sized side pockets for water bottles, sunglasses, umbrella or keys or whatever. Only 11 pockets, not that many. This means you can have a dedicated space for all your stuff. Some interior zip pockets for maps, personal items, lipstick etc. and exterior pockets for travel maps, keys, sunglasses and phone. That's great for an organization. One of the best features that I can't stress enough is that it opens really wide so you can see what's inside. Most bags do not open wide enough or are very uncomfortable. I love that this bag has a solid base so the bag stands on its own and makes it easy to find your stuff. It's great that you can use this bag as a shoulder bag with a shortened strap and sometimes as a crossbody bag. Pocket. The detachable shoulder strap is handy, but I like it because it's nice and comfortable. Overall, the bag is very chic and not too bulky. The zippers and stitching are of good quality and I'm happy with how it "feels". love love love for this bag :)
