The eMeet customer service team went out of their way to solve my problem with the webcam function. Technically, the product matched the description on Revain; I just made an unreasonable assumption about one of the features. More specifically, I thought there would be a privacy cover. In any event, the team got in touch with me and exceeded my expectations by coming to a solution that will ensure I will continue to order from them in the future. So yes, I would highly recommend this webcam for its quality (10x better than the MacBook Pro's built-in webcam) and its customer service team (who communicate diligently via email).
