Would highly recommend if your business depends upon clear and fast communications
NCT is one source for all my communication needs with our employees at multiple locations around world as well as customers who may be thousands or even millions miles away from me! I am able to communicate via video calls when needed without fear that it will not work because they are so reliable every time we need them!! There really isn't much about this product itself - its been great since day 1.
Communication between different offices/locations worldwide can sometimes get confusing but once you start using their system everything gets easy peasy lemon squeezy. !

- Customer service & support team available 24x7 if issues arise.
- Multiple location services (home office) which allows us access anywhere in home country w no additional fees required.
- Ability To have more than 2 agents per call while also having an option where agent schedules each other's shifts directly
