Review on Karen Kay Buckley 6-Inch 🔵 Perfect Scissors in Blue: Precision Cutting Tool by Carol Miller

I am satisfied with these scissors. They have a slightly jagged edge and it took me a while to get used to the feeling of them cutting through fabric. I don't know how to describe the feeling - there is a sense of resistance or grip when the blades meet, but the blades cut surprisingly well so there's no real resistance. I think I'll like them better with practice. The grips are cut comfortably and cleanly and efficiently. I'm deducting a star because the package didn't come with a blade guard. I noticed that the packaging was secured on the sides but not the top and bottom, so it's possible that when you squeeze the packaging, the sides will bend and the lid will fall out. At the time I didn't think it was worth going through the return process, but now I wish it were as the tips of these scissors are so sharp they will pierce my accessory bag when I carry them to class. I'm kicking myself for not coming back. Four stars for bad packaging. I have a feeling that if the package had been sealed on all sides the lid might have arrived intact.
