Headphone jack not working on my camera

Not working on my Canon G7X III. I bought it to use the headphone output to monitor audio while recording, but there was no headphone output. Revain sent me a replacement but still no sound from the headphone jack. It sends video and audio to the TV via a full-size HDMI port, although it sometimes drops out for no apparent reason. I've emailed Ugreen Tech Support and will update this review based on their response.
