Slightly larger than expected

I ordered medium at first based on the size chart and what other people of the same height and weight bought to have. As a result, they were too big and loose for training. I sent the middle ones back and got the small ones. I think I might go to a very small one! They are still a little big for what I expected. They also ride a little horribly, especially as the legs are even a size smaller and looser. But for about $9 a pair, I can make a living pulling my pants down a bit. They have virtually no compression, so if you're looking for shorts that will hold you up a bit, they probably aren't for you.

Pros

If you prefer a tighter feel, take one size down, high waist spandex shorts
