I have been working with them since 2015 as an Admin Manager at their call center in India which was very helpful to me during my transition from being self-employed into full time work! They are extremely professional when it comes to customer support & communication - always willing to help out whenever you need assistance or just want some friendly conversation over email/phone etc. Their rates can be expensive but they do offer great value compared to other companies we've used previously (e.g., Infusionsoft). We haven't found anything specifically about O2I to dislike so far. The only thing I would say could use improvement is perhaps more transparency regarding billing procedures? Sometimes there seems to be confusion around how much each task costs versus what should actually go towards labor vs materials. It takes awhile before all your questions get answered by someone who knows exactly where things stand within our account status.
