I can’t speak to the heat resistance because I haven’t attempted to use heat on this wig. As far as thickness goes it’s super thick! The hairline is fantastic and the lace is essentially undetectable. I purchased this for Halloween but I’ve gotten so many compliments on it I’ll probably wear it fairly often. The price of this wig is also extremely reasonable and it looks better than the human hair front lace wig that cost over 6x as much as this one. Do yourself a favor and buy it!
