Can't tell you how many backrests I bought and unfortunately threw away, that's another story! I like these, not cheap rubber backs, they're good quality, beautiful, really tick and hold your ear, don't hang around or fall off at night! Also, they provide a pillow when you sleep so you don't feel like you're sleeping with a railroad spike under your head, which is why I originally bought these. I don't like taking my earrings off at night (blah blah I know) You'll get by with 24-26 backs, which may not seem like much, but they're worth it (when was the last time you needed 24 earrings at once) I will buy a backup pack so i have a supply i never want to live without these little beads again! (several ear piercings)
