Additional thoughts: I've been using it since August 7, a little over two months, and the auto shut-off doesn't work. If the lid is slightly off-center, the tablet will turn back on. Many times I would take my iPad with me and find that it needed to be charged before using it. The cover must be in the correct position. When it broke, the "hinge" came loose as I expected. But I didn't expect a power outage. I will replace it soon although it wears well.
