Just buy it if you want to change it after a year or so.

I purchased this strap in May 2020 and have worn it as recommended: put it on and take it off with care, never leave it in the sun and don't snub it in any way. Used it while walking last Thursday. yes go and when I rolled up the shirt sleeves, it just came off. If you don't want to change it according to the season don't buy, not worth the price/time.
