I tried the listed driver but it kept showing an error and I didn't have the double shock/vibration feature. THEN after searching/reading/trying a bunch of things I found a solution that should work for others with the same symptom. For anyone getting an error when checking vibration in control panel/configuring USB controllers OR "double shock/vibration": [Install the following driver after removing all old drivers.] FOR WINDOWS 10 X64 Use Your favorite search engine System and search for: SL-6535-BK_Driver_V1.0.zip (hosted on Speedlink website) This works fine on Windows 10 x64 (just install the driver. The optional "Simplcheck" is an unrelated ( and unnecessary) software for system monitoring.) I hope this saved some others the frustration I experienced. :)
